If it has not already, breast cancer will likely touch you or someone you know. The disease will strike more than 200,000 times this year and claim more than 40,000 lives. Join the Breast Cancer Awareness Organization and help make breast cancer a disease of the past. The Breast Cancer Awareness Organization is a non-profit organization, which has a Breast Cancer Awareness Tea and Luncheon to raise awareness, foster camaraderie, and raise funds for breast cancer research, patient services, education, and advocacy.

Volunteering Is:
"Volunteering is the most fundamental act of citizenship and philanthropy in our society. It is offering time, energy, and skills of one's own free will and not expecting anything in return. It is an extension of being a good friend, neighbor and citizen. Volunteering is a way of bring about change in our community, and the world as people become involved in helping others. By caring and contributing to change, volunteers decrease suffering and disparity, while they gain skills, self-esteem, and change their lives by working to improve the lives of others and in return, enhance their own."

Would you like to help us make a difference? We need people like you to donate time, energy, and experience in a variety of areas, including hosting a table, administration, decorating, fundraising, invitations, programs, and more.

Together, through this Tea, we will be able to educate many women on the importance of early detection and self-breast exams, auctions will help support patient services. Our volunteers say they feel rewarded many times over for the help they provide in making a difference in the lives of others.
