Hosting a Table

If you have always wanted to host an Afternoon Tea, here is your opportunity. Our hostesses are vital to the Breast Cancer Awareness Tea and Fundraiser being a success, and we would love to have you join us and at the same time help raise money for the American Cancer Society. These raised funds help create breast cancer awareness programs, and provide wigs and prostheses for survivors, and to help provide funds for research toward a CURE. What is a Hostess?

A hostess is an individual or group of friends that support the Breast Cancer Awareness Tea and Fundraiser by inviting their friends and providing a table for them or other ticket holders to sit at the day of the Tea.

What is involved?

Attending the hostess meeting on June 5, 2010
(contact our hostess coordinator if you would like to hostess and cannot make the hostess meeting)
Provide the Breast Cancer Tea a list of people you would like to invite
Address invitations and send out Save the Date cards
Provide the table setting (optional) and decorations for your individual table
Set up and take down your table
Enjoy your time at the Tea and remember you and your guests can make a difference in your life and the life of others

We would love to have you as a hostess to help raise money for the American Cancer Society and breast cancer survivors. Hosting is a great opportunity for mothers, daughters, sisters, neighbors and friends to reach out together and make a difference.
