The hat contest has four categories.
1. Botanical
2. Elegant and Classic
3. Chic, Sassy and Unique
4. Do you DARE wear that Hat?
This category can be just plain silly and/ or down-right ugly
Entering the contest is very simple. Just wear your hat to the Tea.
(A hat is not required to attend the tea)
Judges decisions are final.
