The hat contest has 3 categories.

 Elegant and Classic

3.

 Do you DARE wear that Hat?
This category can be just plain silly and/ or downright ugly

Entering the contest is very simple. Just wear your hat to the Tea.
(A hat is not required to attend the tea)

Judges decisions are final.
